I took a brief two week break from posting and from decorated cookies, but I have a very good excuse as the hubby and I were on a much anticipated trip to India!   Thankfully, my baker helped fulfill orders for my hand decorated cookies while I was away.  

India is a fascinating country and I’m still digesting everything we saw during our visit.  Cookies are not a popular dessert in India, but we managed to find some at the Oberoi Hotel in Agra while enjoying the ever-popular masala chai.   If you look in the background of the photo below, you can see the Taj Majal in the distance.
