I love it when I have the opportunity to make custom decorated cookies for my friend’s celebrations – especially showers and weddings. Last year we were invited to an uber cool Brooklyn wedding for our friends Jeff and Jenn at one of my favorite restuarants in Brooklyn called Flatbush Farm. The restaurant specializes in using local and seasonal ingredients to whip up their delicious offerings and their mealsnever dissapoint – and neither did the food at the wedding, which was quite memorable long after the festivities were over.
Before the wedding, Jen asked if I would do bridal shower cookie favors for her shower using the same graphic that they were using in the invitation. The graphics included their silhouettes on a sky blue background. For the shower we used the same graphic and added Jen’s name and the date of the shower. As I was flipping through some photos I realized that next month they will celebrate their one year anniversary so thought it was a good time to do a post. Happy 1st Anniversary Jen & Jeff!
