Gallery: We reserve the right to post photographs of finished cookies (after your event/delivery) on our gallery to serve as inspiration for future customers. If you wish to have your photo removed from our web site, please email us and we will gladly take it down from our Web site.
Shipping: Gumdrop Cookie Shop is not responsible for any damage caused to cookies in the shipping process. We are extremely diligent when packing orders including boxes lined extensively with bubble wrap to prevent any breakage. In addition, all orders are shipped according the customer’s request, however, shipping delays can occur that are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any shipment delays once the package has been shipped. Please review our shipping & delivery page for recommended ship times in order to maximize cookie freshness while allowing time for shipping delays.
