packaging
cookies are available in two types of packaging:
- gift: each of the cookie gifts is individually sealed in cellophane and packaged in a glossy white box, which is tied with a raffia ribbon. we are happy to include a personalized note with gift orders.
- favor: each of the cookie favors is individually wrapped in a cellophane bag and tied with a matching raffia ribbon.
shipping
ups is our shipping vendor. we only ship in the continental u.s. we offer three shipping options including UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.
for UPS Ground shipments, please reference the ups link below. we are located in brooklyn, ny (zip: 11222). cookies should be in transit for no more than two days. please select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air if UPS Ground will not reach your destination within this timeframe. we ship monday – wednesday so please order accordingly.
important! please allow at least one full business day between when the cookies arrive and your event. For example, if you are buying cookies for a saturday wedding then you should plan to have cookies arrive by thursday. cookies will stay fresh.
order must be placed by 5:00 SEVEN business days in advance. if you need a rush order, please email us at orders@gumdropcookieshop.com and we'll determine if we can accommodate the order.
in nyc? we are located in williamsburg, brooklyn. if you would prefer to pick up your cookies or send a messenger, please email us at info@gumdropcookieshop.com. we do not have a storefront.
